New Age Digital approaches this business requirement with several individual services that we offer wrapped together to create our Network Maintenance Contract. Our goal is to provide a single solution that keeps all your systems working with a service level higher than most companies currently experience today, at a cost below creating these services in-house.

Network Monitoring

Monitoring critical network services like SMTP, or hardware with SNMP provides immediate notification if the service fails. Long term data allows the trending of services to predict emanate failures before they happen.

Remote Access

Using client installed software or Telnet, our technical support staff performs remote diagnostics and configuration reducing the time required for system repair.

Administrative Access

While New Age Digital is accountable for the integrity of the systems under maintenance. We will have exclusive administrative access. At any time the customer may take over administration.

Incident Tracking

Each month a report will list the service issues worked on the prior month. Trouble areas and the effectiveness of New Age Digital are easily measured with this tool.

Service Response Times

Starting from the time of notification, in production failures will be worked on within two hours.

Security

An audit of the customers LAN / WAN is performed each six months after which a report indicating potential risks and recommended solutions is provided to the primary contact.

Updates & Patches

As updates and patches become available, they will be installed after being tested in our network lab.
